2023年3月8日，元琛科技总经理、党支部书记梁燕作为中国女企业家代表，在联合国妇女地位委员会第67届会议边会上，围绕“科技和数字领域的女企业家精神”发表主题演讲。以下为演讲全文。

尊敬的罗娜-格鲁巴契奇大使，尊敬的林怡副主任，各位代表：

大家好！我是安徽元琛环保科技股份有限公司总经理梁燕，非常荣幸作为中国女企业家代表参加今天的边会。

Dear Respected Ambassador Ronner Grubacic, Respected Vice-minister Lin Yi and representatives,   

Good afternoon! My name is Liangyan, General Manager of Anhui Yuanchen Environmental Protection Science and Technology Company. It is my great honor to attend the side event as a representative of Chinese women entrepreneurs.

18年前，与我的先生徐辉一起开启了创业，并用我们孩子的名字创立了元琛科技公司，它就像我们的第二个孩子一样，在精心呵护下健康成长，并先后获得国家工信部“专精特新”小巨人、国家级企业技术中心及国家级博士后科研工作站等荣誉，公司于2021年在中国上交所科创板成功上市。

Eighteen years ago, I started the business with my husband Mr. Xu Hui, We founded Yuanchen Technology  by our child’s name, we nurtured and took it as our second son, and get many awards like “Special new giant enterprise” issued by MIIT, National enterprise technology center and national postdoctoral research workstation. Yuanchen technology was successfully listed on the SSE star market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in twenty -twenty one.（2021）

气候变化是全人类面临的共同挑战。中国政府高度重视气候问题，始终坚持高质量发展。习近平主席多次强调和阐述绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，并在第七十五届联合国大会上向国际社会做出“碳达峰、碳中和”的郑重承诺。公司成立至今，我一直带领团队顺应时代发展大势，站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展。

Climate change is a common challenge for human. China government pay high attention to the climate change, always keep high quality development. Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized many times for the concept of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, and committed to the international community on “carbon peak and carbon neutral” on the Seventy-fifth session of the UNGA. Since Yuanchen Technology founded, I have been leading the team to comply the development trend of the times and plan for development at the height of harmony between human and nature. 

公司发展的这些年，是中国改革开放及发展的重要时期，也是中国鼓励科技创新和打响“蓝天保卫战”的关键时期，记得2014年燃煤电厂率先提出超净排放要求，我们洞察到了未来市场对新技术新产品的需求巨大，这给公司发展带来了新的机遇。

Over the years of the development of Yuanchen, it is an important period of “China’s Economic Reform, open up and development”, and also the state encourages scientific and technology innovation to start the “Blue Sky Protection Campaign”. I remembered that in Year 2014, the requirement of Ultra-clean emission has been puts forwards in coal-fired power plant. We have insight the huge demand for new technologies and products in the future market, which brings new chances for the development of our company. 

于是，我身先士卒，带领团队多次到市场走访调研，深入了解客户痛点及迫切需求，回到公司后便带头夜以继日地进行研发、生产、检测、验证，经过一段时期团队的共同努力，研制出了一种“非对称梯度复合滤料”产品，能够使粉尘排放小于5mg/Nm3,在中国电力行业迅速推广应用，得到了客户的一致好评，连续5年在电力大机组行业占有率第一。

So I run in the front, and brought my team visit and research in the market many times, depth understanding of pain points and urgent needs from customers. After return back to company, I took the lead in research and development, production, testing, day and night. After a long time of hard work, we developed a new filter material which can reduce the dust emission less than 5 milligram. This new product has been promoted and applied in China's power industry very soon, and get good feedback from all customers. We rank the No.1 market share in coal-fire power plants in next five years.

在创业中经历的磨难和收获的成绩让我明白，一个创业者，尤其是女性创业者具备坚韧与不服输的内在原动力有多么的重要！

The pains and gains during the growth of business, I understand that, female entrepreneurs possess un-battleable self drive force is very important!

近年来，全国各省市区妇联牵头成立了女企业家协会，为女性提供了交流互动平台。2021年，长三角四省特别举办了“长三角巾帼科技双创周”活动。我作为女企业家代表，在会上做了创新创业分享，鼓励更多女性勇做创新创业巾帼带头人。

In recent years, AWE founded, offering a platform for our women.In 2021, the four provinces of the Yangtze River Delta hosted an event specially for "Women's Science and Technology Innovation Week”.It was my honor as female  representative to share my experience in the event, we encourage more women taking the lead in innovation and entrepreneurship. 

对于女性来说，事业、家庭、孩子如何平衡是我们永恒的话题。我认为要与伴侣志向一致，目标相同，达到灵魂上的共鸣，并以身作则、言传身教，为孩子树立榜样，带着一颗感恩的心，去感恩父母，感恩时代，感恩国家。

How to keep the balance on career, family and children is the main topic for us. In my opinion, same target and soul resonance with my partner, possess a grateful heart, feel grateful to parents, times, and nation.

展望未来，我将与在座的各位携手合作，以生态环境守护者的姿态，践行绿色发展理念 推动妇女和经济社会同步发展、保障妇女和儿童权益，为世界环境友好和人类健康做贡献！也诚邀各国朋友到美丽的中国做客。

Looking for the future, I will share hands and cooperate with all of you here, acting as a protective guardian for ecological environment, fulfilling the concept of green development promoting women's development in step with economic and social development, protecting the rights and interests of women and children. Making contribution to the world's environmental friendliness and human health! We would like to invite the friends from all over the world visit beautiful China .
